Currently exhibited at Future Shelter. Inspired by a camping spot along the Warren River near Pemberton.

This is a quiet, intimate painting inspired by the falling night at dusk at one of my favourite camping spots. The off-grid location means there is only the noise of the forest, there is nothing to say or do, there is no noise of modern living. You can just sit and observe the trees as they gently blend in with the darkness falling. This is when I’m most at rest.
